Ciena Healthcare has a comprehensive Compliance & Ethics Program, under the direction of the Ciena Compliance Officer, to ensure and monitor compliance of our Centers and organization with state and federal regulations, Ciena policies, and the Code of Conduct. The cornerstones of our Compliance & Ethics Program are the development of standards and policies, ongoing education, auditing, and monitoring functions. In addition, our program includes a Compliance & Ethics Hotline to communicate compliance concerns directly or anonymously, and Ciena prohibits retaliation against those who raise compliance concerns.
Ciena Healthcare would like to announce that we have hired ComplianceLine, a third-party help line provider contracted to answer our corporate compliance and ethics hotline. If you have discussed concerns with the facility administrator or director of nursing and your concerns are not resolved, please let our company know. Our Compliance and Ethics Hotline is available 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. This company does not trace or record calls and does not have caller identification.
We hope you will continue using your established methods of reporting issues and concerns whenever possible. You may remain anonymous, or you may choose to identify yourself. Regardless of your decision, your information will be documented and investigated. The toll-free number for ComplianceLine is the same toll-free number posted on facility posters.
